Stay Healthy By Drinking Water
No doubt, water is very essential part of our life. A human body depends 90% on water. So it’s important to keep maintain the level of water so that person can enjoy the all benefits of drinking water throughout the day. The most effective time of drinking water is immediately after waking up every morning.
This has proven by scientific tests that water treatment is very useful for old or series diseases and modern illness. Water therapy helps to relief from many problems like; stress, weight loss, constipation, headache, body ache, excess fatness, gastritis, diarrhea, all eye diseases, diabetes, ear nose and throat diseases.
- Drink at least four glasses of water after waking up in the morning.
- Avoid eating or drinking anything for 45 minutes, after that you can have your breakfast.
- Do not eat or drink anything after 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner till 2 hours.
- Drink one glass of water before your meal, after half hour you can have your meal.
By drinking water you can have glowing skin, fresh feeling, good digestion and energetic for whole day. It’s good to make this procedure as a habit in your daily routine. Drink water as much as you can because there are no side effects.
