Stay Away From Night Mare




Many people face nightmare and cannot sleep properly. The major cause of this problem is wrong diet that we should avoid before going to bed. Dinner menu really affect on our sleep. It should be very simple so that person can sleep well.
In case of taking fatty or greasy options there are more chances for nightmares. You can have peaceful night by avoiding these foods before going to bed.


Ice cream:
If you are a lover of ice cream and love to enjoy it after your meal or late night then you have to be careful because it can be cause of nightmare. Ice cream contains fat and our body needs a chance to burn any of them before bed. If you are having ice cream your body gets energy because of high level of sugar and will disturb your rest time. The other bad factor of sugar is that it will be store and turn into fat which is not good for health.


Pasta:
As pasta is a very easy and fast way to quick bite before going to bed. But in this way you are inviting fat and nightmare as well. Pastas are full of carbohydrates and with combination of oil, cheese, heavy cream, or tomato sauce it becomes a strong source of fat. glycemic index which is common in most pastas, play with your blood- sugar levels, make disturbance and wake you up many times.


Pizza:
This is a very strong option to overcome on your hunger but it’s not a light meal. Body organs also need a time to relax. When you eat pizza you will face acidity because of its fatty, high fat meats and cheeses and greasy toppings. The layer of tomato sauce which has high level of acidity can cause of heartburn.




Candy bars:
Avoid candy bars before going to bed otherwise you will meet a monster in your nightmare. This is confirmed news by a recent study that people who eat such things which contains sugar, there are more chances to face nightmare.




Cereal:
Mostly people like a good bowl of cold cereal before bed but this also can disturb your sleep. Cereal contains high amount of carbohydrates and refined sugar which can crash your blood sugar levels. Thing to do is avoid sugary cereals. Instead of this you should go for healthier cereals which will be an ideal decision to keep your body at peace.


Garlic:
It has a strong flavor and known as a hot herb and along with spicy food can cause of bad breath, heartburn and upsetting of stomach. People who have a week stomach usually face the side effects of garlic if they add it in their meal.



Dark chocolate:
Everyone likes to enjoy a little amount of dark chocolate before bed for warm feeling. But if you want a lovely sleep then you have to skip this action. Dark chocolate is a big source of caffeine, which keeps wake you up. Mostly all chocolates are loaded with stimulants like theobromine which makes your heart race little bit.



Red Meat:
Red meat contains protein and fats that take longer time to digest than any other foods. In this way you cannot rest properly. For a deeper sleep you have to avoid this just right before going to sleep so that your body system will be at peace and you can enjoy your sleep.
